Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include:
* Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
* Items without original tags or packaging
* Personalized, custom, or special-order products
* Personal care or beauty products
* Gift cards
* Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, bundle deals, or combo-deal products
* Latex products
* Bikinis, underwear, panties, bodysuits, and other intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with the body
Due to hygiene reasons, bikinis, underwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Latex products are also not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their delicate and stretchy nature, which may be affected once handled or tried on.

Because many Lace Mora products are intimate apparel, choosing the correct size before purchase is especially important.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within **14 days** for any reason and without justification.
The same return conditions apply:
* The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
* All original tags must remain attached.
* The item must be in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* Hygiene-related restrictions still apply to intimate apparel, underwear, bikinis, latex items, and other non-returnable products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
