Return Window
- We offer a 30-day return policy.
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the toy must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unplayed with, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (unopened box/seal for collectible or electronic toys).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@discountshop.life to request a return.
- If accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
